We are looking for Senior Recruitment Specialisti With experience in conducting recruitment processes for middle and senior level positions. Your tasks will include sourcing of candidates, conducting recruitment interviews and cooperation with line managers. We expect to know recruitment tools and the ability to build positive candidate experience.

Your responsibilities

Independently conduct recruitment processes for specialist and managerial positions in technical and engineering areas.
Coordinate the full recruitment cycle: from defining recruitment needs, sourcing, screening to selection and negotiating terms and conditions of employment.
Actively liaising with department leaders and managers in identifying recruitment needs and advising on issues related to the selection of suitable candidates.
Create and implement talent acquisition strategies and develop effective sourcing methods tailored to the requirements of the manufacturing industry.
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
Work with the HR team to plan and implement development programmes and employer branding activities.

Our requirements

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position, in independently conducting recruitment processes for specialist and managerial positions, especially in the technical and engineering area.
Familiarity with working in a production environment and the ability to adapt recruitment methods to the requirements of that environment.
Knowledge of English to enable free communication.
Cat B driving licence.
Very good communication skills and high personal culture.
Knowledge of modern recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
Proactive approach to recruitment challenges and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
