We are looking for Senior HR Business Partnerwho will be responsible for co-design and implementation of HR strategy, with particular reference to talent acquisition, staff development and strengthening organisational culture. Key tasks include optimisation of HR processes, change management and analysis of HR indicatorssupporting the undertaking of strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in organisational transformations and ability building effective teams.

Your responsibilities
- Co-design and implementation of HR strategy - actively participate in shaping HR strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, employee development, building effective teams and strengthening organisational culture.
- Creating and optimising HR processes - responsible for designing and improving key HR processes such as workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, leadership development, succession, performance management and compensation and benefits programmes. Collaborate on digitisation and process automation projects.
- Supporting organisational culture and change management - participation in building organisational culture. Supporting the organisation during change processes, especially in the context of expansion into new markets.
- HR indicator analysis and reporting - monitoring key HR indicators (e.g. turnover, absenteeism, engagement, eNPS) and preparing analysis and recommendations for management, supporting strategic HR decisions.
Our requirements
- Minimum of 6 years' experience as an HRBP in a manufacturing company; experience in the automotive or outsourcing industry welcomed.
- Practical experience in managing HR processes in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Ability to develop and optimise HR programmes in line with best practice.
- Very good knowledge of labour law, remuneration systems and organisational development.
- Fluency in English (working in an international environment); knowledge of an additional language would be an asset.
- Category B driving licence - prerequisite.
- Experience of working with managers in planning and implementing HR activities.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make decisions based on data and analysis.
