Your responsibilities
- Monitoring and Optimisation, improving ergonomics and increasing process efficiency and reliability.
- Analysis of capacity and process constraints.
- Troubleshooting ongoing product-related technical issues,
- Initiate corrective and preventive actions to address the causes of non-compliance,
- Coordination of ongoing projects (relocations, technology transfer, purchase of machinery).
- Supervision of the compliance of machinery and equipment with applicable requirements and regulations.
Our requirements
- Minimum secondary education (higher ZiP, Electronics preferred).
- Knowledge of English to enable free communication.
- Experience in a manufacturing company.
- Accuracy, creativity and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to relocate / commute to the Namyslow plant.
