QSENSE sp. z o.o. sp.k is looking for a Foreman to coordinate the work of a team of 3-5 people, ensure continuity of processes and optimise operations at the customer site. Experience in managing a team in the production or quality department, a minimum of secondary education and communicative knowledge of English are required.

Your responsibilities

Coordination and supervision of the work of subordinate staff (team of 3-5 people),
Ensuring the continuity of processes and the correctness of the execution of work on the client's site,
Verification and analysis of job documentation,
Following work instructions, procedures, drawings and other technical documents and responding to non-conformities,
Systematic reporting of inspection results in accordance with applicable standards,
Optimising work, implementing systems and tools to streamline the team,
Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with current health and safety procedures and company standards.

Our requirements

Experience of managing a team in a production or quality department,
Minimum secondary education,
Knowledge of problem-solving techniques, focus on detail, ability to analyse and interpret data,
Good ability to work with MS Office tools,
Knowledge of automotive requirements,
Communicative knowledge of the English language.
