For our client in the manufacturing industry, we are looking to recruit a progressive press operator.

What do we offer?

  • Employment based on an employment contract directly with the client;
  • Remuneration at PLN 5500 - 8000 gross per month - depending on experience;
  • Extensive bonus system, monthly bonuses (up to PLN 1,500!);
  • Working in a system Shift II from Monday to Friday (6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.);
  • Christmas packages and other additional bonuses.

Your responsibilities

  • Progressive press operation:
    1) Preparing the machine for operation - verification of the technical condition of the press, setting of the relevant parameters (pressing force, speed) and preparation of the material, 
    2) Press operation during production - supervising the pressing process, controlling the process at each stage.
    3) Quality control - verification of the quality of the stamped parts (whether they comply with the quality requirements, both in terms of dimensions and workmanship).
  • Operation of measuring tools - callipers, micrometer, grinder, drill.

Our requirements

  • LDT authorisation for forklift - a prerequisite;
  • Experience in operating an automatic/progressive press - prerequisite;
  • Overhead travelling crane (UDT) qualifications will be welcomed (We will also assist in their manufacture);
  • Communicative knowledge of the Polish language.
